With over 18 years of experience in the salon industry, I have established myself as a dedicated professional. My journey began at the esteemed Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, where I received comprehensive training that ignited my unwavering passion for the male grooming segment. In 2005, I embarked on my career at Groom for Men, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable hands-on experience. In June 2010, I joined the prestigious American Crew Education Team, further expanding my horizons and cementing my position as a recognized industry expert. Five years later, my dedication and proficiency led to my promotion as an International AllStar Educator, a testament to my exceptional capabilities.

Education remains at the core of my being, as I strongly believe in empowering others to unleash their full potential and become the epitome of excellence. It brings me immense satisfaction to guide individuals in refining their craft and witnessing their growth. Meet our talented hairstylist hailing from Neenah, WI, who has found her passion and calling right here in the vibrant city of Madison. Her exceptional talent truly shines through her completion of an extensive externship at Leopold Men’s Salon, where she acquired advanced expertise in catering to the unique needs of discerning male clientele. With an infectious enthusiasm for her craft and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she embarks upon this exciting journey with a sense of anticipation and wonder. Enthusiastically embracing the future, she eagerly awaits the opportunities that lie ahead, carving her path toward professional success and personal fulfillment. While not behind the chair you’ll find Pacha having cocktails on State St and hanging with friends and family.

After graduating Cosmetology school I quickly fell in love with men’s hair and found my first home at Groom for Men in Milwaukee! There I received advanced haircut training from Crystal and have been perfecting my skills every day since. I am beyond excited to join the team at Leopold to work beside and continue learning from the best! In my free time, I like to play video games, cook and go on walks.

I have been in the customer service field for 15+ years, from an EMT to a Culinary Director and now managing the salon. I enjoy going on hikes with my family, watching movies, and anything coffee!! My goal is to bring a smile to people’s faces. My team and I look forward to assisting you with any of your appointment needs.

I have always had a love for the beauty industry and have gravitated towards men’s grooming. I was in the hospitality industry for over 28 years when I decided to take my business of loving people, behind the chair. I am so excited to learn and grow with this beautiful team of people. When I am not working, you can find me planning my next excursion and researching cool spots to dine. I also love a good dive bar, food, and travel. I look forward to the future and can’t wait to meet you!
